Performace Specification for PT Coating from the Post Tensioning Institute – Unbonded Tendons, used in post tensioning concrete applications,  are typically single strands of high strength steel that are coated with an anti-corrosive compound and encased in polyethylene.  This specification is for the anti-corrosive compounds used to coat the steel.  It consists of the following tests:
